Pre-Engineering and Applied Science Grants, 2005-2007 Biennium

Award Summary

Grant Reporting

Grantees are required to complete quarterly progress reports fourteen days after each of the 3-month project periods starting July 2006, with a final report due within 30 days after the project completion.

07/01/06 - 09/30/06 due 10/14/06
10/01/06 - 12/31/06 due 01/14/06
01/01/07 - 03/31/07 due 04/14/07
Final Report (through 06/30/07) due 07/31/07

The Grant Reports are intended to help the ongoing efforts of the Oregon Pre-Engineering and Applied Sciences (OPAS) Initiative. We ask for candid, reflective, succinct responses and are equally interested in hearing about successes, challenges, difficulties and even failures.

In order to facilitate monitoring of expenditures of projects receiving ETIC funds, Grantees shall also submit an expense summary on a quarterly basis starting September 2006 outlining expenses for the current period and cumulative expenses.  An institutional expenditure printout may be used.  Expense summaries should be included with the quarterly and final reports described above.

Please use the report template to prepare your quarterly grant reports and the final report template for your final grant report.

Reports may be sent by email or mailed to:
