- Recommendation is that each campus let key members choose dates that work for them rather than trying to pick a single day per campus.
- Format should give overview of program and take legislator(s) on tour of labs to hear about faculty research
- Also should feature students but this can be challenging

- Coaching the students so they cover the key points while at the same time giving their honest perspective.
- Finding the time in the schedule without making the visit too long or taking too much time away from your very impressive faculty leaders and researchers.
